With uncapped commissions, your potential earnings are unlimited. It is not uncommon to see first-time reps earning anywhere from $75,000-$140,000+ in annual commissions. Veterans can expect to make $200,000-$400,000. The commission is uncapped. How much you can earn is directly correlated to how much you want to earn.
How long does it take to finish training ?

Training takes 30-60 days to see reps who have no industry knowledge start to see success. Like most things in life, input = output, and you can expect to get in what you put in. We have seen reps graduate from our training program in as few as 2-3 weeks.
Do I need a college degree ?

No degree? No Problem. We believe that success in sales is a science. Consistency and Persistence equals predictable results. We do not require any formal education to get started on a path to success.
What is the average length of your sales cycle?

Our retail sales cycle is completed in as few as 2-3 weeks. Insurance cycles can range from 1-2 months. Productions are scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time and usually take another 2-3 weeks on back-end collections. With flexible payment options and weekly payroll, we help you fill your pipeline ahead of time.
How often do sales reps get paid?

Payroll is calculated each and every Tuesday to make sure that direct deposit hits your account every Friday morning. Get used to waking up with money in your bank account at the start of every weekend.
